Our appointments reserve dedicated solicitor time. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms below.

More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
Within 24 hours of appointment: A cancellation fee may apply.
Missed appointments (no‑show): No refund; rebooking fee applies.
