This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our Independent Legal Advice services.

Our appointments reserve dedicated solicitor time. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms below.

 

2. Cancellations

2.1 Client‑Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Within 24 hours of appointment: A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Missed appointments (no‑show): No refund; rebooking fee applies.

2.2 Our Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule, we will offer:

  • A new appointment time

  • Or a full refund

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued when:

  • You cancel with sufficient notice

  • We are unable to provide the service

  • A technical issue prevents the appointment and cannot be resolved

Refunds are not issued when:

  • You fail to attend the appointment

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete documents

  • You change your mind after the appointment has started

  • You refuse to complete identity verification

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
